So Hum Mantra
The focus of this mantra is to bring awareness of our connection to all things through our connection to the breath. Focus on the breath as you repeat this mantra. On the inhale think the word So. Think this word slowly for the full duration of the inhale. Allow a brief pause in your breath and your thought at the end of the inhale, before beginning the exhale. On the exhale, think or say in a gentle voice, the word Hum. Extend the word slowly for the full duration of the exhale. Focus your completely attention on the word. Allow a brief pause in your breath and the word at the end of the exhale, before beginning the next round.
The mantra is repeated 108 times. (Total meditation time : 24 minutes)
